Dr. Manista was extremely kind, caring and knowledgeable in the treatment of my lower back spinal surgery. The pain in my legs was gone from the moment I woke up! His office team and Specialist Angela Harold are the best ever! I would highly recommend Dr. Manista and am truly grateful for what they do. I felt like I got a miracle! Very poor scheduling personnel. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, no one responds period. This is absolutely the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. My mother can barely walk, the Dr. said - get your MRI done and I will get you in immed. Well, we are still waiting 8 weeks later with no appointment or call back. MRI scheduling made an error and sent the paperwork to an incorrect number; that screw up lost us a month. Now we are still waiting. Unacceptable!
