Entire leg was not taken into account when broken fibula was noted on x-ray because “we don’t do ankles / we only do knees and hips.” Was not referred to ankle specialist until 4 months after accident. Only then was it determined that the seriousness of the accident was indeed in my ankle. By then my ankle was almost totally healed with multiple fractures incurring oat the initial accident. DR OHara is wonderful and did a great job. He Saved my life! Very concerned, warm and caring. I am disappointed that I am mostly seem by a PA. Who is not that knowledgeable yet. Be prepared for that. Also appointments are not available at the office you originally went to.
I asked a number of questions which were answered in detail. I was very satisfied with my visit

Dr O’Hara was extremely professional and explained my options throughly. He recommended surgery and all I had to do is decide when. I left his office very confident in his recommendation and his knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone with orthopedic needs.
I had an appointment regarding a painful shoulder. I was taken right on time and the whole visit to Dr. O'Hara was efficient and productive. He is friendly, attentive, listens and explains the situation I have well. His staff was very nice, as well.
Dr O’Hara ticks all the right boxes. He is extremely professional, personable, thorough and really cares about his patients. As a surgeon he does excellent work and is highly qualified. At my appointment he talked me through all my options and listened to all my concerns. Also, his office staff is very helpful and competent. I highly recommend Dr O’Ohara. If you need an orthopedic surgeon, look no further.
Dr O’Hara and I met after mri and cat scan showed my shoulder was beyond help from PT or cortisone shots. Dr O’Hara explained exactly what was needed and the best method of treatment, total shoulder replacement. I had been in constant pain for several years and welcomed anything.
