He is the best neurosurgeon; we had the honor of meeting him in a not very good circumstance. He is a happy man and is reflected in his way of acting, always with a smile on his face. My husband couldn't move his left shoulder and arm. His doctor sent him to do a CT scan on his head and he was rushed to the hospital. We met Dr. Nguyen, he did an excellent job, brain surgery and is now moving his shoulder and arm again. He answered all the questions and concerns we had. Simply the best.
I was not surprised, the same broken record. I will die on the operating table my neck bones are fused. He was more worried about me hav8ng mri and different Doctors. Yes, I want smart skill full surgeons. He did not ev3n refer me to a different doctor. I am sure that I will find a skillful surgeon. He is too negative for me. I do not know why my clinic send me to him again, when the first time I never went back. That says everything.
Edited: You can read what I initially wrote, it does not sum up my experience at all, and after finding out things this man did to me, that were wrong, he knew about and DID NOTHING TO LET ME KNOW OR EVEN ATTEMPT TO FIX HIS MISTAKES. Hands down the BEST NEUROSURGEON in San Diego county. He is indeed a very funny man, it helps when you are dealing with really serious life decisions to have a little humor, and I could see how many might confuse this as I did with my first visit. 4 months after the man performed a huge multi-level spinal fusion revision surgery, I am a changed man and I can walk again and am healing. I personally think Dr. Nguyen is one of the best doctors I have come across my entire life.
