The radiation technicians are always pleasant, professional, and do a great job of making me feel comfortable. The physicians keep me well informed of the process.
She didn't make another appointment with me. Am I to continue seeing her? Other than changing the amount of Prednisone I take based on the weekly blood tests, I see no direction to my treatment. I see no future when I am free from taking Prednisone. It's depressing.I am in Minnesota from August 27 to September 10th. I am in the process of signing up for blood tests weekly at the same place as before.John
Dr. Chen and her team are great at following up! It’s nice to receive calls and not wait around wondering “what’s next”. Appointments are scheduled in a timely manner. I love how efficient they are!

Great experience with Arizona Oncology from the time I walked in the door. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Chen takes her time to explain in detail regarding your health, tests and treatment if needed. I think Dr. Chen is brilliant. Being around her is a terrific experience even though the topic may be cancer. Her confidence made me feel secure in any outcome.
The entire staff at Arizona Oncology is friendly, courteous, and efficient. Claims are always properly filed, appointments are easy to schedule and the care you receive is second to none. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Mack and I feel very fortunate to be under his care.
