The doctors are great however The staff and office that measures and orders the glasses are not great They don’t answer the phone or return voicemails Rather rude service I guess I’ll go back to Walmart to get my glasses because they have better service
Fantastic! I had my first appointment yesterday. Incredibly thorough! Dr. Goodfriend was both personable and brilliant. I will really benefit from being his patient! His assistant, Mary, gave me part of the diagnostics as is their protocol Amazing and relentless in finding out exactly what I needed! I’m so grateful! Wish I had transferred to them earlier!
Have been a patient of Dr Goodfriend’s for many years and have always found him to be friendly, open, patient and always willing to explain in detail about my condition and/or problems. His support staff as well are equally knowledgeable and accommodating.
I have been extremely happy with the OccuSight office in Brighton. Dr. Goodfriend and his assistant Teresa are very accommodating and listen carefully to any concerns that I may have. They squeezed me in for an urgent appointment, but I never felt rushed, as they took the time to thoroughly listen to my symptoms. Dr. Goodfriend gave me a thorough exam and was able to offer a simple recommendation that so far has proven to help tremendously. I am so glad to be going there, and highly recommend the office.
Dr Goodfriend was very personable, attentive, caring, and kind. He and his staff listened to my concerns and explained things very well. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Goodfriend! I'm so glad to be their patient!
