My cataract surgery went wrong and was supposed to follow up with Dr. Bausch later that same day. Not only did he not inform me that the surgery didn't go as planned right after he had another Dr. look at my eye later at the follow up to explain what went wrong. I was given only one option at this point to go see his friend the retina specialist to correct this horrible mistake
I would absolutely choose another eye doctor. This guy obviously forgot where he came from and has absolutely no bedside manner. He is extremely arrogant and refuses to address issues after surgery. When I told him something about my eye after surgery he just shrugged it off and spit out some statistics about 20% of people having the problem. He is an Eye doctor but he doesn't know how to talk to the patient .He thinks he is a very smart guy who knows everything.He never ever encourage me ,during or after treatment of my eyes.Even he told me " if 7 days you will not put eye drops you will not be blind" my god it's an awful situation.so I changed my doctor.im not a bagger and I can afford a private doctor.Im thank full to my GOD.
If I could give less then 1 star I would. I went to Dr. Bausch because I was having pain in my eyes, light sensitivity and fuzzy vision, symptoms that are problematic for a person with a computer job. In the weeks prior, my family doctor treated me for bacterial pink eye, but the symptoms weren’t going away and my eyes were painful. Absolutely disgusted at my level of “service”. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with this eye practice for two weeks and “Jennifer” has told me on numerous occasions that she’s too “busy” to schedule my appointment and that she has other things to do besides “schedule appointments”. Excuse me? What exactly IS a receptionists job, if not to schedule appointments and assist patients? I’ll be taking my needs elsewhere.
