Ordered a ton of custom furniture 3 beds, 3 headboards, 2 couches, 4 chairs, two built in desks with shelves. Several items didn’t fit and had to be reworked which was one thing but the amount of time for the rework and back and forth was insane. I had one remaining item that was redone for the 3rd time I received the other day and the finish was bad. This is almost a year after initial delivery. They have no qc process to speak of.
