Terrible experience at the front desk wouldn’t recommend this place to save your life terrible business practices. Unreliable, waiting for a phone call to book an appointment and nothing and when you call back they just let it ring non stop. Place should be out of business soon thank goodness.

The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude and racist towards white and black people and treat them like they’re dumb children explaining everything with a nasty tone, this is so disrespectful to people that goes there for help and end up more sick mentally, this lady need to be gone immediately because she’s damaging the reputation of this clinic.

Terrible front desk manners by the office manager. She is so rude and should not hold a management position there. Doctor is amazing but should consider replacing his office manager. She has terrible customer service relations and no patience for the elderly. I watched her raise her voice loudly at another patient and was disgusted by her approach. I hope this office can do better.
