Dr Miles and Dr John are great. However the front desk staff (Amy and Cynthia) is horrible. Bad attitudes and tries to take advantage of the patients. $250 to fill out any disability paperwork is crazy. Especially for workers compensation when you’re going to get paid out regardless in the end. Recently came there and they were having a taco party and drinking micheladas.
