Andrew was overall friendly and ultimately successfully helped us purchase our condo, which turned out to be a costly nightmare shortly after closing. I don't feel like we received fully transparent advice from Andrew, though I blame myself for being too trustworthy. Do your due diligence and remember that the person helping you buy a home/condo is not free of potential conflicts of interest if the seller pays their commission.
Andrew did a fantastic job guiding us through our first home search and purchase. He's got a great eye for detail when touring houses and finds things that could be potential issues. He gave great advice regarding offers and negotiation, and he was also mindful of our budget and other requirements when suggesting places to check out.
