Endured a tense period as long-time doctor/friend retired (bittersweet letgo) and faced dilemma of transfer to different doctor/facility or wait extra time for newly-contracted oncologist. Trusted my gut and glad I did. Young, fresh training, speaks to and not down, but, a major criteria for me, his bedside manner matches his qualifications. I'm too old to deal with 'tude'. I like his vibes. You will, too.
The staff was very curitious and we're very explainable about my visit thank you all a job well done

Dr. Mak and his team are wonderful, caring and kind. It is wonderful to leave all ready knowledgeable about your labs and plan of care. Highly recommend him.
