I had some hardware taken out of my big toe by Dr. Belis . He listened to all my questions about what he was going to do. Surgery was scheduled and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Dr. Belis and Dr. Foote. His staff is very friendly and professional.
Terrible office staff. Dr Belis is great but staff if horrendous
I was sent to Dr Andrew Belis for an Independent Medical Exam of my feet. I was impressed by the hour he took with me, the thorough exam including gait observation, and explanations. I am a vascular surgeon and so I know a lot about physician's exams and behaviors. I was very impressed with Dr Belis and his staff and truly appreciate his time to exam, document and explain. I would highly recommend him. Even though he is 1000 miles from my hometown it was well worth the trip to see someone this professional.
Excellent Doctor
Dr. Belis hurt me. He jammed the toe clipper under my toenail, and clipped off 3 large pieces of the nail, and then put a band-aid around the toe. I stopped at the reception desk, and then walked to the elevator, when I felt my flip-flop feeling wet. I looked down and saw a pool of blood. I looked back and saw a trail of blood all the way back to the reception desk, where there was another pool of blood. I had a 911 accident. They took me Lee Hospital and next day Dr Belis or his newly graduated prodigies did the ankle sugery. Now it 3 months,into it, have a wound that WON’T heal. I had CT scan,that show’s that bones are not healed ! Was he sugery,your guess is as good as mine!! He blames it on smoking! I don’t buy that! I’m going to a new Sugeon this week!
I have had a great experience with Dr. Belis. He repaired my big toe a few years ago and fixed a long term problem for me. He was very polite and explains things very well. That is why I recently went back to him for an ankle issue.
He is a pupet on the strings Becky Ayers who dumps you right away if you are uncomfortable with their third-world sergical center. They cancelled me 19 hours ahead of my sergury and told me to find "snother poderist!" Then they billed me over $500 for 1 office visit! They see me again!
Dr. BELIS IS AN EXCELLENT SURGEON. I HAD TOES THAT WERE GROWING DOWN HE DID A SPECIAL IN OFFICE SURGERY AND THEY ARE NOW STRAIGHT LIKE THEY SHOULD BE. I'M FORTUNATE TO HAVE HIM. DR. BELIS IS A FINE SURGEON, AND GENTLEMEN. THANK YOU
