We used Mr Bemish in our estate planning alongside our financial advisor. Mr Bemish's estate planning advice was outdated and did not account for tax law changes in 2017 - not sure how an estate lawyer does not keep up with the profession outside of laziness. Luckily our financial advisor caught his mistakes otherwise his work would have cost us tens of thousands due to setting up illegal trusts.
Both him and his secretary were two of the rudest people I've dealt with
Made an appointment to discuss our case. Showed up on time and was told we would have to wait 30 minutes while he finished up with another client. Waited for about 2 hrs and 45 min while his secretary was constantly rude and dismissive towards us before finally being told that he wouldn't be able to see us today and we'd have to reschedule (which we declined to do). As we left the building, we saw him sitting in his car avoiding us doing nothing. Incredibly rude would not recommend
