Because no clear instructions were given me on the options for a bowel cleanse, only a document texted with instructions. Due to the fact that a prescription for the cleanse was never mentioned, I followed the instructions for the over the counter items to cleanse. This resulted in a fail Because of Poor Prep. Please people better communication! Especially with the seniors, many of us are Old School and not so tech savvy. Not sure if I will do this again, especially if insurance won't pay. Therefore you get 1 star.
