Dr. Koo was the doctor on duty the night our oldest was born. There were unexpected complications, but Dr. Koo ensured that not only our baby was born in the safest way possible, but that my partner and I were cared for. He even came into the hospital to check on us a few days later (on his day off) to how we were doing, which absolutely meant the world to us. This was the worst OBGYN experience of my life!! I went to Dr. Koo as a last resource because I had been unable to secure a medical appointment elsewhere. I went in bc I was having complications with pain and double periods in a month. I am a very health conscious person and I am in touch with my body. I rarely go to the Dr. unless I need some sort of test to monitor the levels in my body and I take it from there with natural remedies/herbs/ supplements. Dr. Koo is amazing! I transferred to GW about halfway through my pregnancy after hearing multiple negative reviews of my previous practice. I couldn't be more grateful to have been under Dr. Koo's care for the rest of my pregnancy. He was the first GW provider I saw, and although the others were also wonderful, he was my instant favorite thanks to his empathetic care, warm bedside manner, and thoughtful responses to my questions. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Koo! The level of compassion and care he showed my fiancé and I will never be forgotten. He genuinely cares about you, and you can feel that through his work. So glad that we had the opportunity to be under his care and that he delivered our healthy baby girl. Would highly recommend!
