This Dental Office is highly unprofessional. The office ladies are extremely rude. I have never experienced a medical office of any type that asks for payment before a visit. I think they must be hurting in the financial department. They double bill insurance AND ask for cash payment. The older lady that answers the phone needs to retire! Very rude.
I was more than happy to visit here for my 5yr son. His tooth was broken and visited for impacted tooth removal. When Dr. Kim checked and x-rayed my son’s teeth he recommended to leave it on until his broken milk tooth naturally comes out. Dr. Kim was very kind to my son so he literally enjoyed to stay the bed during the treatment. It was amazing experience to me and my son. He didn’t do over treatment. I have four wonderful kids, but all of them seem to be facing dental issues, as am I. Our family has been going to this place for years, and our dentist is truly the best. He is always caring towards patients and provides excellent advice on how to take care of current dental issues and prevent future ones. If you have any dental concerns, I highly recommend seeing him. Diane at the front desk and his beautiful wife, Donna, will also be more than willing to assist you.
They ripped me off! I paid for an implant, had the whole procedure done, crown installed. I started having problem. They took it out and told me to let it heal more. Covid happened and I never went back. Now that things are settled - they claim I never paid. LIES. So their office let me walk out with a full procedure and they didn’t get paid! LIES. They do subpar work! As other have said! Stay away.
Wish they had negative stars!!! Anything more than a cleaning DO NOT LET DR. KIM TOUCH YOU!!!!!THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE!! You wont fine out until the damage is done!!!RUN AWAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! YOUR WELCOME!!!!
