Dr. Thompson is in general a friendly guy and an "ok" dentist. I've had crown work done in which I had some ongoing discomfort with it but not enough to have me go back. He has a big ego, thinks he's good at everything including cosmetic work. If you disagree with his treatment then he'll tell you to go elsewhere. I think you can find a better dentist elsewhere.
My greatest dental experience! Due to previous bad dental experiences, I avoided dentists. Not anymore! I actually look forward to my appointments. My first pain-free, relaxed dental visit, with the most caring Dr. & staff that have EVER encountered! Even though Dr. Thompson isn't a preferred provider with my insurance, I will gladly pay out of pocket for the quality of care that I receive at this office.
