Be cautious, the possible scam appears to be that you then pay a lot of money for their appointed appraiser. I ever heard back from them and I never got to see the appraisal. And no, my taxes did not go down,
Yes as others have mentioned, Andrew's firm is a zero. No follow up after filing all the paperwork for him to represent my home. According to the Cook County website; no appeal was filed. No one return's calls or emails.
If i was able to give 0 stars i absolutely would this place is extremely unreliable and a borderline scam artist. AVOID AT ALL COST!
