All I wanted to do was change my Dr. and still be in the same network. It is a huuuuuge pain to do that, using my VA benefits. Every time you have a different need, a new referral needs to be written by your Primary Care physician (which requires another appointment!), which then results in them calling me at every step of the process and me having to make multiple phonecalls to get them steered in the right direction as to provider, etc. All that to get an appointment with this Dr only for him and/or his staff telling me to... read more
If you are looking for nice staff and a wonderful pain management doctor look no further. Dr. Yu is absolutely wonderful!! Kind, Compassionate and very down to earth. I would highly recommend Dr. Yu to anyone.
