You will not find a better dentist! He's performed crowns,bridges,fillings all as pain free as one could expect. I would give his injections a A+ rating being as pain free as possible. Chair side manner is excellent, w prompt service with little waiting-if any.
My entire family has gone to Dr. Krause for over 20 years. We've all had multiple procedures (mostly me w/ crowns & a bridge). I've never had a negative experience there. All of his employees show great professionalism & courtesy. I've never had truely painless injections until I came here. Wendy is the friendliest and helpful person I've ever delt with in all my physician office experiences.
A good dentist. Too bad that his front desk has TERRIBLE customer service. I was harassed over a bill, even though I was making payments regularly. I finally just paid it in full and found a new dentist with better people skills and genuine consideration for their patients. Extremely rude billing department. Insurance billing errors that resulted in high cost to patient.
