Receptionist was professional and courteous. Appointment was on time. Hygienist was professional, friendly, courteous, and performed a very thorough cleaning. Dentist was friendly, professional and gave advise on proper brushing. As a courtesy, a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss were given. I would recommend Dr. Krantz's practice to all local residence.
