I work in healthcare, seen good & bad, busy-overbooked & simply full schedules. My experience with Dr. Dzul & his office was bad & busy-overbooked. With the exception of one exceedingly nice & helpful staff person that showed people back, the office staff & Dr. Dzul were not polite or particularly caring. My questions were met with short responses & looks of annoyance I went in because I had broken my nose & needed it aligned. Dr. Dzul only fixed half of it so now I have a bent & bumpy nose.
Not personable at all. Rushes from patient to patient without a care.
