I feel that he is not interested in treating sinus problems. It would have nice to know that and I wouldn’t continue to make appointments which leave me dissatisfied.

I went into his office to discuss my seasonal allergies after getting a referral from my doctor. After being super dismissive during our consultation he took one look at the shape of my nose once I removed my mask and told me that I had a crooked nose, and that he can give me a plastic surgeons number if I wanted a cosmetic procedure. I was shocked that a doctor would say that to me. Then he asks, "...you don't think it's crooked at all?" I didn't even know how to respond. I left his office in TEARS. Even if it was the bone ... read more

The absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. Being scheduled with him was an accident by the receptionist and was the worst accident ever. So careless, didn’t talk through anything he was doing. I have tubes in my ears and he did not warn me before shoving forceps down my ear to get eat wax out which slammed into my tube cause SEVERE pain. I screamed and automatically cried. I have never left and doctors office crying and never would have thought I would leave an EAR doctor crying. He was no apologetic and instead said it ... read more

Worst specialist I have ever visited between waiting for 1.5 hours to see him, and then being seen in less than 5 minutes in the exam room. Very dismissive attitude. I found a different allergist/ENT to see after that lack of a consultation with him.

I waited an hour and a half for him to spend less than 5 minutes with me. Rushed through the exam, didn’t really listen to me, and was kind of rude. I would never recommend to anyone.

Dr Dzul’s bedside manner is awful. He scared me with his diagnosis, which luckily was wrong.

Just Awful! New patient appointment. Told to arrive by 10:30 for 10:45 appointment. Finally taken to exam room 11:35. Doctor shows at 12:03, exam complete at 12:08. Sent me for hearing test, then discusses results in an open hallway. Time spent 1 more minute. Never asked if I had questions, just walked away.

He was quiet but cared about me and made sure everything went perfect from my initial appointment, to my surgery and post op appointment. Wonderful man.
