If there's a problem with any medical provider and you need to sue, their Arbitration Form (that you have to sign) prevents you from suing in court. Make sure you read before signing. You are not required to sign away your legal rights in exchange for medical care. I made an appointment with Dr. Weinstein after I was left with a large scar on my back from a previous dermatologist, that was most likely not necessary. He educated me on dysplastic nevi and made me feel comfortable as soon as he walked into the room. He is honest, and it’s evident that he cares about his patients and the health of their skin. Once again Dr. Devoursney was such a huge help!!! My 10 year old daughter lost her eye brows and eye lashes suddenly. Dr. Devoursney’s office got me an appointment the same day I called in ! Dr. Devoursney took the time to look at what blood work was ordered by my pediatrician and he also identified right away another type of bloodwork to be done that actually gave us a clue as to what might be causing her hair loss!
