in my late 40's I had chronic back issues and through a recommendation landed at Dr. Krantz office. He's treated me over the years as issues arose and always got me set right. I do go in now just for wellness adjustments every several months as I haven't had any issues arise in the past several years which I attribute to his care. He is personable to talk to, will listen and his staff do their best to get you in and out.

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Is this business in a safe neighborhood? They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! Dr. K goes above and beyond to help his customers. I think he is just fantastic and recommend him to anyone. In fact my friend has an appt to go see him tomorrow and I know she will love him too!!

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
