Worst jewelry store I have ever been to. Simple battery replacement turned into my face glass cracked somehow. $1600 Gucci watch reduced to a novelty item. No compensation offered. Before and after pictures clearly show no crack before. Huge crack after. And still charged full price for service. I would never refer anyone or shall I ever return to that hack watch killer.
