I have been seeing Dr. Vayonis in the downtown office for my asthma for nearly 10 years. He is considerate, empathic, and listens well. I appreciate the time he spends with me, reviews symptoms and always answers questions. I also appreciate his help during potential emergency calls and helps me thru them. His downtown staff is very friendly and efficient ensuring everyone is safe and receives their shots/care quickly and back out the door to work. They do a terrific job ensuring my mail-order prescriptions are refilled on t... read more
I've been seeing Dr. Vayonis for five months, I've recommended him to all my family and friends. I suffered from sinus infections for years. I receive weekly shots which helps tremendously . The office staff are great, I enjoy going there weekly. The downtown location is close to my office which makes it easy to access. I only have one negative comment and it's the billing office hours. I had a question about my bill and was told to call before 3:00 pm which is very inconvenient.
I filled out a new patient form, but had no idea I'd be billed $280 for doing so. What a racket! We did preliminary skin tests for a few things, but I had no idea that would be an additional $330. After getting an absurd bill I'm glad I had already cancelled the follow up appointment. Total waste of time and money. If I was mugged at gunpoint I'd only be out about $20, but these are true professionals.
Dr. Vayonis is always attentive to how my allergies are, making sure that I have what I need to maintain control.
I have been going to Dr Vayonis for many years. He is one of the nicest, most caring and friendly physicians I have ever encountered. I can't say enough good things about him. Other physicians could learn how to speak to patients by observing his charming manner. I always feel he really cares about my problems and will do everything he can to help.
Very little time spent with the patient and didn't review results of skin test or recommendations afterward. I had questions, but decided I'd just Google them since I was rather unceremoniously sent on my way after my testing. Nice guy, nice staff, but overall, shrug.
Office staff is the worst great doctor but dealing with staff is terrible
As usual, he was courteous and friendly and personable, I highly and have recommended friends to him and his staff.
