Listened to concerns and put me at ease
It is my second visit so we are exploring relief options for my back and subsequently, ankles. I like that information is being collected to hopefully design a pain mgmt solution. Feels like there is a plan as opposed to just attempting anything that MIGHT work.
Friendly, listened, thorough, and spent time going over all info before making recommendations.
