An absolute pleasurable experience from arrival, through the entire visit. I do not like going to a dentist appointment at all, but this staff quickly put me at ease. We recently moved to Williamsburg and knew we needed a dentist. I finally did some research and also read a recommendation on the Nextdoor site. Very positive! So I made my first appointment! Glad I did!

Patient, understanding, calming, reassuring, & kind. The first appointment I walked in an overwhelming ball of anxiety & fear, but every single person was amazingly awesome with my anxiety & helped me relax TREMENDOUSLY. Dr. Gilfillan and his entire Team were immensely professional, caring and kind. We took my 88 year old Mother to him for a cracked molar. My Mom has Alzheimer’s and they were all sensitive and accommodating. We will absolutely recommend this practice and go back again.

Kind, gentle and explained everything
Dr. G IS A VERY KIND AND GENTLE DENTIST. I HAVE HAD WORK DONE INCLUDING A CROWN ISSUE,FILLING, ETC. EVERY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GREAT. THE OFFICE STAFF IS GREAT TOO AND I APPRECIATE THE HELP AND ADVICE FOR GOOD DENTAL HEALTH.
The staff here is truly amazing. A great experience from when I walked in the door.
