I was new to the Lexington area and loved the dentist that I had in Western KY and didn’t think I’d ever find one in Lexington that was as good but I did!!!! Dr. Couch and his entire staff are amazing and they have made us feel right at home!!! Always friendly, patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about any procedure he’s ever done for us!!! I highly recommend Dr. Couch!!!

I had a dental emergency while in NYC. I was able to take antibiotics and ibuprofen and make it back to Lexington for treatment. I found Dr. Couch through YELP, and the reviews there were excellent. I sent a message to the office through YELP and they sent a message back letting me know they could see me the day I got back to Lexington.
