Andrew personally assisted me with selling a four-plex that was a bad deal from the beginning (I should have used him when trying to purchase the investment property to begin with). He worked tirelessly to get the deal structured so that I wouldn't have to come out of pocket for anything and so that I could at least break even. He has been instrumental in helping my son and mother purchase their own homes as well. When I'm ready to get back into the landlord advenuture, he'll be my first call.
Andrew was recommended to me by a family member and he was phenomenal. He was with me thru the entire build process for my new home build in the Del Webb Lake Las Vegas community. From picking out my floorplan, choosing my "view" lot, negotiating a discount and the walk throughs. He even was a good resource for questions that came up about the sale of my house in California. I don't need a long-drawn-out review explaining all the different ins and outs and intricate details. I can tell you hands down Andrew Finney is the best at what he does! Andrew will make your deal happen, find the house that you want, work with you, guide you, and provide the most accurate and up-to-date information throughout the entire buying process. My family not only has the best house in our community we have most knowledgeable realtor and friend in the business!
Working with Andrew to sell our home as we prepared to move out of state was the most pleasant experience. He kept us grounded, maintained positive energy throughout, and was spot on with his timelines.
