Girl at the front desk refused to schedule me / provide me service because i didn't have my insurance information available: (Which im pretty sure is illegal) She was rather argumentative, and didn't leave a good impression. 0/10
An excellent gastroenterologist, worries about his patients, does colonoscopies and endoscopies procedures, returns phone calls to his patients. He has three offices in Miami . His patients love him. He also has an excellent staff. Awesome.
Dr. and office staff polite and courteous. Dr. spent time answering questions in follow-up to colonoscopy. Dr. thoroughly reviewed results of procedure.
