I debated coming to the ER because although I have insurance it is still expensive. I went because my symptoms aligned with either pneumonia or bronchitis and felt that it was better safe than sorry, if it was worst case scenario. It was evident that Dr. Mason did not want to help me in the least bit. He was very short and standoffish and when all my swabs came back that were negative he told me that I have some sort of of infection that they don’t test for and there’s nothing he can do. I was back at the ER only four months later with my Mom for the same issue. I told the Dr the issue before that she had..and he completely disregarded my words. I am proficient as well in the medical field..but he felt he knew better. He tried to do it his way..which didn't work and he put my elderly mother through such severe pain it was inhumane.
