The technicians were there to install floor tile to my bathroom. However, they ran into a problem. As they were removing the toilet, they noticed the wood underneath the toilet had rotten. Water had been leaking from the toilet causing the floor to weaken. So, they had to fix the problem by getting rid of the rotten wood and installing new wood to the floor, before re-installing the toilet and laying down the floor tile.
I definitely appreciated the craftsmanship on the work they performed, but, what I appreciated the most was their honesty. They showed me a leak and, rather than billing me for the remedy, they helped me fix it. An unexpected, kind gesture from good people and a great company.
We just replaced a patio screen door, and we are extremely happy with the outcome and level of service. Our technician was outstanding and very knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend Andrew Construction and Handyman.
Dan did a good job installing crown molding in our new home. Nicely priced, great attention to detail, follow up and he takes pride in his work. This is the second time we have worked with Dan and would have home back again for future projects.
Reagan was absolutely phenomenal! He took his time to fully assess the issue and provided a plan on how he would complete the work. He’s very detail oriented and ensured quality work.
