Mr. Clements and his friend Mr. Garrant offered to manage my property, I let them borrow my fridge, and washer & dryer... Behind my back and against contractual verbiage, they sold the house and kept all profits without even notifying me, let alone negotiating closing, plus they stole my appliances that I let them borrow in order to help rent the place.
