The front desk was super friendly and check in was easy, the medical assist was efficient & got me all the necessary paperwork so quick! Dr Brief was so understanding and really went over all the options to determine the best option for me. I left there feeling really confident about my care
Went very well. Doctor answered all my questions. Got the shots in both ankles. All good.
Let me start by saying I used Ridgewood Orthopedic Group (shout out to Dr. Mark Pizzurro. .....AMAZING). for my bilateral total hip replacements. Feel great! Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Andrew Brief..... friendly and down-to-earth. Made me feel comfortable and was very thorough and knowledgeable...looks like my ankle issue will require surgery...nevertheless...I feel safe in his hands.
I've seen Dr. Brief a few times and he performed my surgery, so this might be a one-off negative experience. Sadly, today's visit left me feeling dismissed and rushed out, perhaps even borderline gaslighted. I had surgery 8 weeks ago and had concerns about persisting numbness in my lower leg following a nerve block that was injected behind my knee. Spelled out everything clearly.
Did a real job on breaking both feet. Dr. Brief did an amazing job and they are as good as new.Esy to talk to and has a great bedside manner.
