Historic building fully restored in 2016. Across from the main YMCA. Our building management offers a Y membership benefit to its tenants. Brand new laundry center on site. We have a private patios and close to Freight House Food Hub and year round farmers market.,
I have not been in the building recently, I was last there in 1981 when my grandmother lived on the 3rd floor. I remember as a kid the charm and beauty of the ol' place, the creeky floors and the aroma of the century old woodwork. I watched the videos of the renovated apartments, and I am very impressed by the quality of the work, mixing modern amenities with the early 20th century charm it contains. If I were looking for a place it would be perfect for me.
