I was unable to rotate my left arm possibly caused by frozen shoulder (very painful). After working with Andres for 8 weeks doing mild strength training and massage I am able to do my daily activities again. Thank you Andres!
Andres is amazing and has taught me so much in just 3 weeks. His knowledge and techniques will stay with me throughout my lifetime. I highly recommend Andres and his services in kinesio-therapy. After re-tearing my knee meniscus from the root 5 years post surgery my orthopedist didn't offer much hope other than a future knee replacement. Andres successfully helped determine what exercises and strength conditioning would best aid in re-training my brain-body connection to continue using my knee with minimal pain. Andres is thorough, innovative, and encouraging. I am very pleased with how Andres got me back to doing the activities I love.
Andres is amazing, very knowledgeable and very professional. A very kind person. Very humble personality. He helped me with my ankle and back problems. The stretches he recommended me are the only ones that work when I have an achy back. I highly recommend him. 10 Stars for him!
I had a terrible AC joint separation playing rugby. After seeing Andreas for 5 months, I'm feeling back to normal. No more pain and he is such a great personality!!
