We are a young couple driving across Canada, we made a stop in Kamloops and as we were making our way back onto the highway blew a tire and desperately needed help. The closest parking lot we were able to get to turned out to be Andre’s Tire World and we are so incredibly grateful that we did. The team quickly solved our issue and drove to pick up the right sized tires that fit our car and changed them out for us. I went to change my wheel nuts after being told by Mr. Lube North Shore that they needed to drill and replace the studs — they quoted me $400 for the job. When I arrived at Andres, the owner personally checked it and said it was an easy fix. He removed the nuts for free and even gave me five new ones at no cost. This new ownership is a great example of how to provide exceptional customer service. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be returning with my truck.
