I was very pleased with the level of quality care, and professionalism as a new patient.
My care provider always listens, has my records in front of him, and, when possible, gives me other options. That's why I have been seeing him for many years. He's also good about giving referrals.

I know I was very lucky to get such a quick appt with my primary, Dr. Jimenez. I was HURTING! I think my karma was just very good (as if someone had JUST cancelled). Plus, the young man who answered phone in the scheduling dept @ 8 am, was charming, accomodating! Unfortunately, I cannot (as yet, but I'll keeping trying, I can't get my one week follow-up with Dr. Jimenez, but instead with someone who I am not familiar. I know I can't get lucky all the time, but to me, he is the best, and I don't like having to update someone ... read more
