You didn't ask if other than phone call to this provider if I contacted him via My Chart. I answered negative to the phone calls but I have used My Chart multiple times for my medical team including Dr. Lynam. I find My Chart very helpful and a good way to get information, both to the provider and from.
I enjoyed the student Doctor as well as Dr. Kiki. They were very thorough explaining everything.
