I was in a car accident and took my car here. Not only did they walk me through insurance and give me quotes before and after inspection, they communicated with me every step of the way! Incredibly kind, honest, and professional, and left my car in far better shape (and cleaner) than they found it. My 2016 Honda Fit will have another decade on it after their work. Highly recommend for repairs or body work!

So I ended up here through my insurance. I was first told the work would take 2.5 weeks and sure enough I dropped off my vehicle and that was that. After the couple weeks I call to check in and they said you know what your vehicle parts have not come in,”they came in defective.” I believed them, but that meant another two weeks. And by this time I had asked if I could I use my car while I wait. They said no because they wouldn’t be responsible if there was more damage. Fine.
