The absolute worst office staff I have ever dealt with!!
I have been trying to contact this office on multiple occasions to set up an appointment that my mother has a referral for. I’ve left messages, tried their texting system and filled out their form online. No response from them at all. This is very frustrating.
So my daughter had sinus surgery just over a year ago. She’s had some issue lately and the office will not allow her to see or even leave him a message for call back because she no longer has insurance they take! I offered cash and they said NO! Really?? The office is a hot mess here and unfortunately it’s ruining it for a great doctor
I went to a different ENT office prior to meeting Dr. Andreozzi and felt very rushed and like my concerns weren’t being heard…. When I found Dr. Andreozzi he really took the time to assess my ears, nose, throat and took the time to explain what was going on with me. He had a treatment plan ready for me & now I finally feel like I’m moving in the right direction. Very nice man. Highly highly recommend.
