Been seeing Dr. Strapko for about 17 years for colonoscopy/endoscopy needs. He's treating and monitoring me for Barrett's Esophagus. Always friendly and attentive, and keeps me up to date on new options available. I'd certainly recommend him to a friend or family member. And even to a stranger!
Couldn't find a better Dr. to any job he was put to. THE BEST!!
I found Dr. Strapko to be distant and inattentive to my medical needs and concerns. He spent most of my appointment on a laptop. There was no communication from him regarding then resent test results, or a diagnosis of my medical condition. However, he did prescribe medication when I asked about a specific symptom I was experiencing. I was taken aback by his approach to patient doctor communication. I was so sick & after seeing 3 Dr.s going to ER I found Dr. Strapko. He gave me a prescription told me I promise this will make U better. He was so right! I had 2 have him do a endoscope & colonoscopy. Doc was so nice to do both at the same time so I didn't have to get put under more than once. Day of surgery I was so afraid to go under I ended up with a migraine. I went in & him & his staff were the BEST I ever had in my 61 years! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH 4 THE GREAT CARE! MY BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Carrying and truly interested on the patients concerns and wellbeing. Takes his time to talk to you and get the best possible treatment for your condition. I've recommended him many times and all those who have gone to him are exceedingly happy.
I called to make an appointment with Dr. Strapko. My fiancé referred me. I spoke with a Gina who tried to force me to sign a records release , when most of my records were destroyed because they were over 7 years old. I did offer extensive records. She said that I must comply with her orders for Dr. Strapko to consider taking me on as a patient. Rudely !I told her I would make this easy! I no longer want to be his patient. If that's how he runs his office I don't want him probing around in me.
Dr Strapko has just the right mix of knowledge and caring. I have never left the office feeling rushed through an appointment or that he has not listened to my input on treatment or answered my questions. Having the convenience of scheduling colonoscopies and endoscopy in the same building is great. Staff is also very caring. This office and doctor should give classes on doctor / patient relationships!
