Andrej and his staff of nurses and receptionists make the whole procedure enjoyable.
The staff are very friendly and Dr Strapko was as usual very informative and professional. He always puts me at ease and explains what is happening. I had a banding procedure done hence my review title.
Very good provider. Good communication. Knows his medicine!! Highly recommended!!!
Very personable, knowledgeable and excellent doctor
The support staff was very informative in answering my questions before and after the procedure. Dr Strapko talked to me before I was given the anesthesia to make sure I would know the results of his exam. This visit was a good experience. .
The gals beginning at the front desk were so kind and patient with me…. Followed by the most efficient, interesting nurses and PA. I actually enjoyed myself!!! I could have easily spent more time with each one of them! The provided me the ability to chat and tell funny stories. I’ve always thought that the best medicine is laughter! Dr. Strapko is such a wonderful, highly gifted doctor who also prepared me with kindness, and gave me some personal conversation, remembering that I am a former patient of his. Had a colonoscopy done by Dr Strapko. He was not my usual Dr for this but I was very happy with his bedside manner, his attentiveness to my pre and post procedure questions, and his thorough directions following the procedure. I would absolutely recommend him. Office staff were very friendly and professional. A good visit!
The entire staff was great. Very engaging and professional. Dr. Strapko was just as cool. He actually remembered performing it on me before when I couldn’t remember. I appreciated that. It put me at ease.
