Bedside manners and tried send me off to another provider because he would not listen to me about my foot issue and I kindly ask for full foot mri. But he ordered Ankle mri! Not the whole foot. He doesn’t care! And even told me thru my chart that he will refer me to different provider I’m like no! I’m not gonna do dirty work all over again with my insurance! What the heck is with him!? I broke my ankle in 3 places and Dr. Kaikis performed surgery to repair the bones by inserting a plate and screws. My bones have healed and I am so grateful to him for his expertise and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to others!
Did not sufficiently numb my husband's big toe before removing the entire big toe nail. Did not stop procedure and give additional numbing injections when he realized my husband was NOT numb when he began the procedure. Did not properly bandage the big toe area after the entire nail was removed, and the bandage fused to the raw nail bed. I saw Dr Kalkis in June for a broken toe. He rushed in with someone observing. Introduced that person so fast I could not understand him. Spent literally 2 mins with me and rushed out. More concerned with my lab work and vitamin D levels even after telling him my primary doctor had already taken care of that. Lectures me on my vitamin D but no answers in the toe other than see him in 30 days. No thank you I’ll find someone else.
