A PA saw me despite my appmt with Andrea S. Buck, at her clinic. I was consulted to do a procedure what was not a typical treatment option. She wanted to burn my lip instead of C02 and micro punch because they "do not do that here". She told me to try a small patch as a test and see how it heals! I will not be a guinea pig so you can make money!
I have been seeing Dr. Andrea Buck for almost 20 years. She spends as much time as I need so that I understand what is happening with my skin. Her staff is kind and professional. She will recommend products for skin care that she has vetted but she does not push them. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Buck to friends and family for all of their dermatologic issues and needs.
Dr. Buck knows her stuff! As a patient with a history of skin cancer, she has been excellent with diagnosis and treatment. Her staff is polite and courteous as well.
I have been seeing Dr Buck for several years. She quickly identified an early onset of melanoma, to which i am genetically predisposed, and susceptible from sun-damaged skin. Both she and her staff are efficient and empathetic. As a retired nurse, I can say with some authority that her exam rooms are spotlessly clean, and her office is well organized. I would definitely recommend her
Very pleased with ease of making an appointment, front desk personnel, nurse practitioner. All of my questions were answered and I felt I had sufficient time with nurse practitioner, who was very professional and very personable. Would definitely recommend this office to friends and family !
One star is being generous... Dr. Buck and her staff are rude and unprofessional-the entire expierence was horrible and she was too arrogant to admit when she made a mistake so she lied and tried to blame her patient to justify her poor behavior. She threw a temper tantrum in my appointment and berated me when I challenged something she said
Have seen her for years. Amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable and compassionate
Dr. Buck is wonderful! She does fabulous work. I give her all 5 stars.
