My wife and I used Andrea to help us sell our rental property in Morgan Hill. This was a 10-31 exchange that my wife and I hadn’t done before. Andrea was very knowledgeable and developed a plan to help us market and sell our home to obtain the best possible price. She was there for the whole process, meeting with our past tenants, helping us set up and coordinate contractors, marketing, and negotiating with multiple bids for our home. This was a friendly, easy process. We couldn’t have been more pleased using Andrea.
Andrea was an absolute pleasure to work with as our real estate agent. Her deep knowledge of the Campbell, Cambrian Park, and Willow Glen areas—combined with her strong relationships—made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She helped us secure our dream home, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Andrea!

Andrea was awesome to work with. She was with the buyers every step of the way. She made herself available during the buyer walkthrough and key delivery. She made sure her clients received their home on time and even called out some minor touch ups, ensuring her clients got their home nice and clean with zero defects. Hoping to work with Andrea again very soon! Highly recommend Andrea 10/10.
We interviewed many realtors to sell our property. When we met Andrea, she displayed all the qualities we were looking for in a realtor, such as knowledge, patience, and a caring nature. Many of the realtors we spoke with hadn’t done a sufficient amount of research on one of San Jose’s original builds back in 1946, but Andrea came in with quite a bit of knowledge regarding the history of the property. Because the property had been in the family since 1946, this was a very emotional sale for us, and Andrea treated the process... read more
