HIPAA violation!
Disappointed that I even have to make this review. Andi has rescheduled my appointments since august of 2020, she’s never in the office and it’s blatantly clear she doesn’t care about her patients. The staff was great, until I called for a referral, they lied to the new place and told them I never called for a referral, I did TWICE, and Tanya told me the new psych office needed to call them for my info. As an employee of Andrea Montgomery, all patients are given the time to speak with Andrea. Also, if any patient is having ANY type of crisis or problems with symptoms, medication, side effects, refills, etc., ALL messages are always given to Andrea and patients are called back. Love Dr. Andi! After being on multiple different meds that never helped me, I finally found Dr. Andi & she knew right off the bat what meds I needed. She really took the time to listen to me & my issues. She has been a true life saver for me. So happy I found Dr. Andi!!
