Andrea did a fantastic job selling our house. She gave us timely advice on timing and pricing. She made great efforts to market our house. What's more, she took care of the house after we moved away. We had total trust that our house was in good hands. She is also a joy to interact with, full of energy and warmth. We will recommend her service to our friends still living in Bloomington.

Andrea has a great, no-nonsense attitude and we really loved working with her. She worked hard to sell our home and solved any issue that came up quickly, while helping us negotiate the purchase of the perfect new home. We were so happy to work with Andrea and highly recommend her!

I give Andrea 10 stars! Excellent realtor! Very patient. Was great about answering my questions 10 times over! She is a real go-getter without being pushy. A very hard worker. When I was frustrated with the process of buying a home and inspections, she took the time to get the answers I needed and never gave up on me. She never rushed me. I would recommend Andrea to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first time home buyers. She will always be my go to realtor in the future.

Andrea helped me purchase my first home. I knew nothing about purchasing a home. She was extremely patient with me and taught me a lot. I really appreciated her optimism and energy. Andrea really helped me get my situation in order here in Bloomington. I was planning to find a sublease before moving here in May so that I could take my time finding a place. Not only was Andrea able to find me a place that was exactly what I was looking for but she helped me sort things out remotely before I moved down here.
