Completley organized, smooth flow, excellent explanations, no unnecessary treatment, reasonable and caring. This office gets a TWO thumbs up in my book. Dr laidlaw and her staff have this down!!! They are on time, staff is well trained, they have fun little promotions to keep the kids excited about going :-) They go above and beyond!!! Being in the dental industry, I've seen it all. Dr laidlaw is simply the finest in the business! CLASS ACT!!!!
Dr. Laidlaw is so great with my kids. She came highly recommended and I see why. My kids teeth look great and they actually enjoyed their braces experience.
I started under Dr. Laidlaw's care and was very happy with the way my treatment was going. She is extremely efficient, thorough, gentle and friendly. What I appreciated most was the amount of care I received during each visit: although her staff is highly qualified and efficient, she would always supervise and check on the patient before and after the adjustment. I was very sad to leave her care when I had to move to another state. Now I know how difficult it is to find an orthodontist of her class.

They will do EVERY thing in their power to make you as comfortable as possible. Everyone knows your name there. Their dentistry there is incredible. My teeth look AMAZING. And Dr.Laidlaw is the one of the nicest ladies that I have ever met. Wonderful office. If you read this you HAVE to go there. It is more than the normal treatment it's personal too.
Dr. Laidlaw is great. My kids love her and she makes appointments fun. She gave my daughter a beautiful smile and we are so happy.
She is kind and caring. She takes time to let me know how my kids treatment is progressing. My daughter's treatment is done and turned out beautifully! We love her.
She has a wonderful manner and does excellent work. She fixed what another orthodontist had done to my daughter's teeth. Now my daughter looks great.
