Was told that anytime my child experienced certain symptoms to immediately come up there. I called at 2:45, was told to come on. Drove 40 mins to get there just to be told the clinic is closed and they stop taking patients at 3:30. So why wouldn’t they tell me this over the phone. I had to take off work for all of this. Seriously ridiculous
I went to have my eye examined for strabismus. In order to get to the stage of surgery it took over 10 visits that cost over 100/200$ each and then another 2000$ for the surgery. The surgery ended up not even working so I decided to go to a different doctor and it took one 70$ appointment for him to book a surgery. At one point, I was required to pay to get my blood tests for a disease and then they lost all documentation of the test and never got the results even tho it was done at Augusta University. After seeing Dr.Goei for several years, I finally got switched to Dr.Prosser at MCG and she is just as great as Dr.Goei. Can't wait to get some insurance so I can come back to see her.
